Body Attack

A 45 or 60 minute form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is typically performed to music in a group setting with fierce energetic moves!

All classes cost £5.20 per session and all are available within the memberships at no extra cost. We do not have concessionary rates for any instructor led classes.
